transistors (ATIC61 diagnosis)
Terminal condition: Terminal 15 ON

Battery voltage > 9.953125V and battery voltage <
25.898438V

1. Ignition off, let control module return to dormant state as
indicated, restart
2. If Item 1 is not OK, it will be necessary to check the
electronics in the control module
