SUMMARY:
BMW is recalling certain model year 2008-2011 1-Series vehicles. In a crash of sufficient severity, deployment of the front pre-tensioner and
load-limiter occurs.
CONSEQUENCE:
The insulation around the pre-tensioner could ignite.
