Instead, the radio switches to the main analog station (not of HD Radio quality), which is then audible with distortions. CAUSE Software issue in the ENTRY head unit (Radio Professional) INFORMATION Do not replace parts! Explain this behavior to the customer and recommend that no HD Radio subchannels be stored on the favorite buttons. As soon as an improvement is available, this Service Information will be updated.
