Noises from Tailgate Area

SITUATION
Scratching noises are heard from the tailgate trim, the tailgate lock or the loading trim panel lip.
CAUSE
The contact point rubs where the tailgate trim meets the locking latch.
PROCEDURE

SITUATION
Throughout the production lifecycle of a vehicle, there are numerous changes made. Similar vehicles with different productions dates may have
variances in their equipment level. Sometimes these changes
are perceived as missing or incorrect components. Refer to the attached list of product changes to determine what is correct by vehicle production
date.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
Installing components which are no longer installed at the factory is not covered under warranty. Refer to SI B01 04 03 for clarification on missing

Satellite Radio: Favorite Cannot Be Stored in Certain Cases

INFORMATION
On the above-mentioned models, the satellite receiver (SDARS) is integrated into the head unit (CIC and RAD2+).
With the new generation satellite receiver, it is possible to store 30 favorites in the "Favorites list".

In certain cases, the displayed "Artist" and "Title" information cannot be stored in the menu "Favorites". Only the "Channel" can be stored in
"Presets".

This occurs only on XM channels that are transmitted from a different SIRIUS-XM database.
CAUSE
SIRIUS-XM has two different data bases for broadcasting SIRIUS and XM channels.
There are issues with broadcasting XM channels into the SIRIUS channel line-up.
CORRECTION
Do not replace parts! This is not a fault of the satellite receiver; therefore, no diagnosis is necessary.
SIRIUS-XM is working on a solution. Please explain the current situation to the customer.
