Audi A3: Smart and Stylish for All Ages

The A3 is a stylish 3 or 5 door hatchback (available only as a 5 door in the US). Based off the same platform as the Volkswagen Golf and Jetta, the A3 is a more luxurious version with the typical Audi additions. What is so nice about the A3 is its versatility. Not only does it scream luxury, but it can also easily haul children, groceries, and other home needs. It doesn't stop there as it can seat up to four adults comfortably.

For those who love power, the A3 doesn't disappoint. It comes with a standard 2.0-liter turbo four-cylinder with optional Quattro all-wheel drive. Considered to be the entry level for the brand, the A3 exudes both quality and luxury.

BMW X2 Upgraded With Hot-Hatch Manners And Stylish Looks

German tuner Dahler has boosted the X2 up to 223 hp.

The BMW X2 has only been on sale for a few months, but aftermarket tuners have wasted no time modifying the youthful SUV. German company Dahler is one of the first tuners to rework the BMW X2 inside and out with its Competition Line package, giving the SUV a more aggressive look. To achieve this, the chrome inserts and trim have been painted in black to match the exterior color. The lower insert of the front bumper retains the dark grey paint job it had when the SUV left the factory, but the dual kidney grille has also been blacked out.

The murdered-out X2 rides on a set of custom 10-spoke Dahler wheels, available either in 20- or 21-inch. They’re currently only finished in silver, but a choice of different colors and styles will be made available in the future. Dahler hasn’t just modified the exterior however, as the tuner has done some tinkering under the hood. The German tuner’s X2 comes in four states of tune. The gasoline-powered 118i now produces 158 horsepower and 197 lb-ft of torque, up from 136 hp. The 120i has also been given a power boost, and now produces 223 hp and 250 lb-ft of torque. Diesel options also get a bump: the 18d produces 174 hp and 287 lb-ft of torque, while the 20d produces 220 hp and 331 lb-ft of torque.

The ride quality has also been improved thanks to Dahler’s sports spring kit and a range of available exhaust options are also available to enhance the sound. No pricing details have been released about how much the upgrade package will cost.

New BMW 4 Series Convertible Spied Looking Stylish With Soft Top Roof

Like the new Z4, the next-gen BMW 4 Series Convertible will ditch the current model’s folding hard top.

BMW recently updated the 4 Series coupe and convertible for the 2018 model year with new standard LED headlights and reshaped bumpers to freshen up the styling as well as improved handling thanks to stiffer suspension. A next-generation model is just around the corner, and our spies have sent us the first images of the all-new BMW 4 Series Convertible loaded on a transport truck.

BMW seems to be going back to its roots, as the new 4 Series Convertible prototype has ditched the current model’s arduous folding hard top roof for a more stylish soft top just like the new Z4. As well as improving the looks, the soft top will make the new BMW 4 Series lighter and cheaper to produce, while offering more luggage space when the roof is open.

The prototype is extensively covered in camouflage preventing us from getting a closer look at the details, but the grille appears to have the same shape and size as the one found on the new Z4. We wouldn’t be surprised if the front and rear fascias share styling cues with the reborn 8 Series.

The new 4 Series Convertible will be based on BMW’s CLAR platform, which should result in a significant weight reduction, a more spacious cabin, and a bigger trunk. As for powertrains, BMW is likely to continue selling the 4 Series with a choice of four and six-cylinder engines in the US.

The current model is available with either a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder that produces 248 hp and 258 lb-ft of torque and a 3.0-liter 6-cylinder with 320 hp and 330 lb-ft. Both the next-gen 4 Series Coupe and Cabrio are expected to go on sale in 2020.

Stylish 2019 BMW X4 SUV Takes A Bow At Geneva

You can’t blame BMW for capitalizing on the current coupe crossover craze.

Four years after the German automaker jumped on the coupe-style SUV bandwagon with the first-generation model, BMW recently unveiled the new second-generation X4 to capitalize on the current coupe crossover craze. Essentially a larger version of the X3 that’s lighter and more hi-tech than its predecessor, the all-new X4 has now made its global debut at the Geneva Motor Show, where it was on display finished in Flamenco Red and Sophisto Grey.

The latter, which you can see taking a bow at Geneva in our live shots, is fitted with an M Sport X Package with aggressive air intakes and side skirts that enhances the SUV’s stylish looks. Compared to the outgoing model, BMW’s new stylish SUV is 76.2 millimeters longer and 35.6 mm wider, and rides on a 53.3 mm longer wheelbase. Thanks to increase use of aluminium in the car’s construction, the new X4 is also 110 pounds lighter than its predecessor. As standard, you get LED headlights and a raft of safety assists including front collision warning, city collision mitigation and braking, and pedestrian detection.

Inside, every model features a high resolution 10.25-inch infotainment display with touchscreen navigation. Electrically adjustable and heated seats are also available, as is active seat ventilation and three-zone climate control, and a larger panoramic glass roof. In the US, the xDrive30i version of the X4 packs a 2.0-liter turbo four that produces 252 hp and 258 lb-ft of torque, allowing the coupe crossover to clock 0-62 mph in 6.3 seconds and achieve a top speed of 149 mph. The more potent M40i performance model packs a 3.0-liter turbocharged inline-six with 360 hp and 369 lb-ft, resulting in a brisker 0-62 mph time of 4.8 seconds and a 155-mph top speed.

The 2019 BMW X4 will arrive in US dealers this July with prices starting at $50,450 for the xDrive30i. Add another $10,000 to that if you want the M40i.
