Telephone: Ringtone Intermittently Too Loud

All vehicles with Car Information Computer (CIC)
SITUATION
The ringtone volume from an incoming call is intermittently very loud within the vehicle.
CAUSE
The customer uses various remote controls.
The ringtone volume is set to very loud in the profile belonging to the remote control. PROCEDURE
Check the vehicle with all its associated keys.
^ Open the vehicle with the first key (leave other keys outside the vehicle).
^ Couple the Bluetooth telephone in the vehicle (if possible, use the customer's telephone).
^ Call the telephone.
^ While the telephone is ringing, set the ringtone to the desired volume via the volume control. WARRANTY INFORMATION
