SUBJECT
Various Electrical Problems
MODEL
[NEW] E61
SITUATION
There are various electrical malfunctions, for example: central locking, radio reception, tailgate, and rear lighting.
CAUSE
Fatigued and broken wires in the tailgate harness.
The problem may affect either the left or the right side harness at the tailgate.
CORRECTION
Install a repair harness on the affected side of the vehicle.
