Bulb Out Warning: "Turn Indicator Defective"

SITUATION
When the hazard warning system is activated, intermittently a false "bulb out" warning is displayed. Vehicles with a CID (Central Information
Display) will additionally see a check control message displayed: "Turn indicator defective". All the turn signal (hazard) lamps are working without
fault.
CAUSE
Software error in the FRM3R footwell module
[NEW] CORRECTION
Perform diagnostics with ISTA and work through any related test modules. Program the vehicle using ISTA/P 2.37.0 or later.
Note that ISTA/P will automatically reprogram and code all programmable control modules that do not have the latest software.
