SITUATION



After connecting the iPhone to the vehicle, the BMW Connected App stops working. This occurs immediately after the "Home" button has been



pressed or the "Key Lock" has been manually activated on the phone.



CAUSE



iPhone operating software



INFORMATION



Do not replace any parts!



Advise the customer of the following:



1. The BMW Connected App must be started on the iPhone in order to access the BMW Apps via the iDrive.



2. Pressing the "Home" button or activating the "Key Lock" on the iPhone will terminate the App. The App then becomes inaccessible via the
