Grinding Noise from the Door Panel
MODEL
E88 (1 Series) produced March 1, 2007 through April 1, 2019
SITUATION
Grinding noises from the front door panel/door pocket area may occur when driving on rough roads and be more pronounced at colder outside
temperatures.
CAUSE
The door pocket pins are not welded securely enough. This allows movement between the door pocket and the door panel~ creating the noise.
