MODEL

INFORMATION

On the above-mentioned models, the satellite receiver (SDARS) is integrated into the head unit (CIC and RAD2+).

With the new generation satellite receiver, it is possible to store 30 favorites in the "Favorites list".

SITUATION

In certain cases, the displayed "Artist" and "Title" information cannot be stored in the menu "Favorites". Only the "Channel" can be stored in

"Presets".

See the attachment.

This occurs only on XM channels that are transmitted from a different SIRIUS-XM database.

CAUSE

SIRIUS-XM has two different data bases for broadcasting SIRIUS and XM channels.

There are issues with broadcasting XM channels into the SIRIUS channel line-up.

CORRECTION

Do not replace parts! This is not a fault of the satellite receiver; therefore, no diagnosis is necessary.

SIRIUS-XM is working on a solution. Please explain the current situation to the customer.
