Satellite Radio Cannot Be Operated via the Rear Entertainment System

F01, F02 *(7 Series) from September 2009 to March 2010

SITUATION
Note:
On the above-mentioned models, the satellite radio receiver (SDARS) is integrated into the CIC head unit (Car Information Computer).
Satellite radio cannot be operated via the Rear Seat Entertainment system when the vehicle is in sleep mode (when the vehicle is approx. 5 minutes
into status KL-0).
No audio from the satellite radio and no satellite radio station can be selected.
Important:
All other audio modes are working.
CAUSE
The satellite receiver does not turn on when the MOST-bus is in sleep mode.
INFORMATION
Do not replace parts!
This is a normal operation. Please explain to the customer that either Terminal R (KL-R) or Terminal 15 KL-15, Ignition on) has to be turned on.
