SUBJECT
Airbag Warning Illuminated; FC 9309F1 Is Stored in the ACSM3

The airbag warning lamp is illuminated in the Instrument Cluster, and fault code 9309F1 (Front passenger seat occupant detection) is stored in the
Active Crash Safety Module (AC 5M3).
CAUSE
The fault is set as a result of low voltage in the vehicle.
CORRECTION
Do not replace the AC 5M3 or the seat occupancy mat.
Clear the fault code and check the battery condition. If necessary, perform energy diagnosis.
A software update is expected in March 2011 to prevent this fault from occurring.
