Noise from Rear Seat when vehicle Is in Motion

SITUATION
A noise from the left and/or right-hand rear seat can be heard under the following conditions:
^ When the vehicle is in motion
^ When the rear seat is occupied
^ When there is passenger movement on the rear seat.
CAUSE
Contact between the rear seat leather cover and the rear center console compartment
PROCEDURE
1. Do not replace any parts.
2. Remove the left and right-hand rear seat. refer to ISTA Repair Instructions "52 26 000 Removing and installing/replaceing left or right rear seat".
3. Modify the rear seat/console area as per the attached instructions.
