Creaking Noise from Front Passenger Seat when Unoccupied
MODEL
F01, F02, F04 (7 Series)
SITUATION
The passenger seat leather exhibits a creaking noise while driving when the seat is unoccupied.
CAUSE
The noise occurs between the leather upholstery of the seat cushion and the backrest, particularly when the vehicle is in motion.2010 BMW 750Li (F02) V84.4L Turbo (N63)
PROCEDURE
Obtain a piece of foam strip, P/N 16 11 1 108 667, from the Parts department.
Follow the procedure, as outlined in the attachment, in order to install the foam strip.
